Privacy Policy

YOUR PRIVACY IS OUR CONCERN.

Protecting your privacy is very important to us here at Lonny Bingle Ministries. We value your trust and want you to understand what information we collect, how we protect it, and how it is used. Personal information—nonpublic information that identifies you—is essential to Lonny Bingle Ministries in meeting its goal to provide you with our ministry, services, and ministry-related products so that it will be treated with respect and by this Privacy Policy.

Any reference to “Lonny Bingle Ministries” or “LBM” within the context of this Privacy Policy is intended and shall be considered inclusive of all entities operated by Lonny Bingle Ministries, including its International Offices.

SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase something from our site, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us, such as your name, address, and email address. This enables us to both fulfill and support the products you purchase.

When you browse our site, we automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address to provide information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system to improve the experience for all our users.

Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about new products, free and premium content (like blog posts, content articles, YouTube videos, free product offers, live event alerts, etc.), and special announcements.

Mobile: When you download or use apps created by Lonny Bingle Ministries or our subsidiaries, we may receive information about your location and mobile device, including a unique identifier. We may use this information to provide personalized content and location-based interactions. Most mobile devices allow you to turn off location services. We recommend contacting your mobile service carrier or device manufacturer for more information about how to do this.

SECTION 2 – CONSENT

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange a delivery, or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting and using it for that specific reason only.

Suppose we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason (i.e., Daily devotional emails, newsletter subscription, and announcements). We will ask you directly for your expressed consent and allow you to withdraw your consent.

You may withdraw your consent anytime by clicking an “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of every email we send.

You may also withdraw your consent anytime by contacting us here or mailing us at: Lonny Bingle Ministries, 16028 W. Autumn Sage Dr., Surprise, AZ 85374.

SECTION 3 – DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

IMPORTANT: We do not sell, rent or otherwise disclose your personal information to any third parties, including but not limited to advertisers, strategic partners, or vendors. Again, we take your privacy very seriously.

SECTION 4 – DATA STORAGE

Our shopping cart solution is Auhtorize.net, and it’s hosted and managed by Fattmerchant/Stax. Your data is stored through their encrypted data storage, databases, and the general Stax application. LBM does not store any of your financial data.

Payment:

Donations are made through Stax via the Chrimata donation platform. All data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your donation transaction data is stored in full compliance with the above industry standards as long you are an active participant through Chrimata with Stax. You may delete that information anytime through Chrimata or by contacting Stax directly.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure our site, donations, and service providers’ secure handling of credit card information.

NOTE: At no point during the transaction does Lonny Bingle Ministries take custody or store your credit card information. This process is monitored and managed by Fattmerchant/Stax, and you can read their terms of service, privacy policy, and PCI Compliance information by visiting their site at: https://staxpayments.com/privacy/.

SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we are required to provide them for your purchase-related transactions.

We recommend reading their privacy policies for these providers to understand how they will handle your personal information.

In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities in a different jurisdiction than you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.

For example, suppose you are in Canada, and a payment gateway in the United States processes your transaction. In that case, your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act.

Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

Links: When you click on links on our store or site, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

SECTION 6 – SECURITY

We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information and follow industry best practices to ensure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL). Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
